The web sites and, hereinafter called The Sites, are services from HSE Training Solutions SAS. This privacy policy is applicable only to the information we collect from the users of The Sites.

We could modify this Privacy Policy AT ANY TIME. When this happens, we will also check the “last update” DATE ON THE TOP OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY. YOU ARE THE RESPONSIBLE TO REGULARLY CHECK THE CURRENT PRIVACY POLICY. THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY may be reviewed by DOING CLICK ON THE “PRIVACY POLICY” hypertext link on the bottom of our web pages. THE CONTINUED USE of The Sites after releasing any revision CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE to any of these revisions.

What information is obtained from this site?

We automatically collect information each time you visit the sites. This may include, without limited to, your IP address, the type of computer you are using, and the browser used. An IP address is a number assigned to your computer when you are using the Internet. Each time you visit the site, our Web server may automatically recognize (whenever possible) your IP address. We may also use "cookies" and "web beacons". A "cookie" is a small amount of data which is sent to your browser froma web server and stored on the hard drive of your computer. Among other things, the cookies provide a means to the web sites you visit to perform a follow up of your patterns and on-line preferences. A cookie will not allow that a web site may obtain any personal id information (like your real name and address) that you haven’t given out otherwise. “Web Beacon", also known as transparent GIF or one pixel GIF, are small image files that can placed on web pages and web based e-mail newsletters sent to you.

Working together with the cookies, the web beacons allow us to count precisely the number of unique users who have visited a specific page and the number of times these pages are displayed. We can also use the web beacon to know how many people opened a web based e-mail newsletter.

We also collect the personal information given by you. Personal id information is information that tells us who you are, like your name and your e-mail address. We can collect this information when you register to use this site and when you update and/or change the information kept in The Sites.

How do we use the information collected?

We can use the information automatically to personalize your experience when visiting The Sites and to evaluate and improve the disign of The Sites. We use the personally recognizable information with the purpose for which it was given to us. How is the collected information released?

We can share the information obtained from The Sites with our chapters, affiliates, subsidiaries and/or partners. Except for the provisions on this Privacy Policy, (a) don’t sell, rent, trade with non-affiliate third parties all the personal id information you provide through The Sites, and (b) don’t share said information with third parties.

We can disclose personal id information about you to third parties that render services to us and undertake to keep said information according to this Privacy Policy. These third parties may provide several services to us, including, but not limited to, hosting sites, processing and storage of the user information, update of his client information records on our database (including address verification), and send or coordinate the marketing communications mailing under our name.

We can disclose personal id information on special situations when we have reasons to believe that disclosing this information is needed to identify, contact o take legal actions against someone that could have violated our terms of use or that may be causing damage or interferance with (intentionally or not) our rights or proprietorship, other users of The Sites, or any other person who may result harmed by said activities.

We can also disclose personal id information when we have reasons to believe that the Law needs it. We can purchase, sell or change our affiliation with independent chapters or other organizations or participate in businesses acquisitions, sales or affiliations. On such transacations, sometimes the personal id information is one of the transferred assets, but this will still be subject to the already existing Privacy Policy. Moreover, in the unlikely event that some or all of our assets are sold, personal id information may be one of the transferred assets.

We can disclose personal id information in aggregate to third parties, including, but not limited to, advertisers and business partners.

Do you have the option to decide to give information to us?

You may choose not to give personal information to us. However, if you don’t provide this information, you will not be able to access or use certain parts of The Sites. Also, most of the browsers may be set up to reject them or notify when cookies are sent. Nevertheless, if they refuse to accept the cookies, it is possible that some sections of the site does not run as expected.

Can you have access to your information?

If you are a registered user, you can access, change, correct and update your personal id information given through your member account.

How your information is safely protected?

We keep physical and electronic backups to minimize the risk of unauthorized access to personal information. However, in spite of using said guarentees, the information transmitted through the Internet and/or stored on the systems connected to the Internet in not 100% safe. As a result, we can neither assure, nor guarantee the safety or integrity of said information.

How can we protect the childhood privacy?

The Sites are sites for the general public. We do not collect intentionally personal id information from the users of this site who are younger than thirteen years old.

Do the sites have links to other web sites?

While you are using The Sites, you may be linked or directed to other third party sites outside The Sites not under our control. Each of these third parties may have a privacy policy different from ours. We are not responsible for any action or policies of those third parties.
