The web sites www.hsets.com and www.hsets.net, hereinafter called The Sites, are services from HSE Training Solutions SAS. This privacy policy is applicable only to the information we collect from the users of The Sites.

YOU ARE THE RESPONSIBLE TO REGULARLY CHECK THE CURRENT PRIVACY POLICY. THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY may be reviewed by DOING CLICK ON THE “PRIVACY POLICY” hypertext link on the bottom of our web pages. THE CONTINUED USE of The Sites after releasing any revision CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE to any of these revisions.


What information is obtained from this site?


We automatically collect information each time you visit the sites. This may include, without limited to, your IP address, the type of computer you are using, and the browser used. An IP address is a number assigned to your computer when you are using the Internet. Each time you visit the site, our Web server may automatically recognize (whenever possible) your IP address. We may also use "cookies" and "web beacons". A "cookie" is a small amount of data which is sent to your browser froma web server and stored on the hard drive of your computer. How do we use the information collected?

We can disclose personal id information about you to third parties that render services to us and undertake to keep said information according to this Privacy Policy. We can purchase, sell or change our affiliation with independent chapters or other organizations or participate in businesses acquisitions, sales or affiliations. On such transacations, sometimes the personal id information is one of the transferred assets, but this will still be subject to the already existing Privacy Policy. Moreover, in the unlikely event that some or all of our assets are sold, personal id information may be one of the transferred assets.

Do you have the option to decide to give information to us?

How your information is safely protected?


We keep physical and electronic backups to minimize the risk of unauthorized access to personal information. However, in spite of using said guarentees, the information transmitted through the Internet and/or stored on the systems connected to the Internet in not 100% safe. As a result, we can neither assure, nor guarantee the safety or integrity of said information.


How can we protect the childhood privacy?


The Sites are sites for the general public. We do not collect intentionally personal id information from the users of this site who are younger than thirteen years old.


Do the sites have links to other web sites?


While you are using The Sites, you may be linked or directed to other third party sites outside The Sites not under our control. Each of these third parties may have a privacy policy different from ours. We are not responsible for any action or policies of those third parties.
